When will it arrive?
We dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery takes 3–6 working days depending on your pin code. For delivery before Diwali, please order by 1 November.
Why is it prepaid only?
Every gift box is packed to order, so we take prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking). This lets us dispatch the same day without delays.
Can I send it directly to someone?
Yes. Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout. Add a gift note on this page and we print it on a card. The price invoice is emailed to you and never goes inside the box.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. 5–19 boxes are ₹1,499 each and 20+ boxes are ₹1,399 each. The bulk price applies automatically in your cart. If you need the boxes sent to many different addresses, WhatsApp us and we’ll arrange it.
Is the candle safe to light?
It is a decorative wax candle. Burn it on a heat-safe surface, away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire, and never leave it burning unattended.
How long do the chocolates last?
The chocolates are sealed, with the best-before date printed on the pack. Store them in a cool, dry place.
What if something arrives damaged?
If anything arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 7 days with an unboxing photo or video and we will replace it.
